The sample question is “I’m a veteran. How do I get care?” Good pick to lead with. The test I care about is whether a vet typing that at 2 a.m. gets the crisis line before the eligibility page. Trying it after my shift.

Read the second paragraph twice. The doctor Tennessee relied on to place a central line in May hadn’t done one in 12 years, since he left an emergency room, and didn’t know it could be part of the job. I don’t think that’s one bad contractor. It’s a protocol that needs a skill most of the people who have it are told by their own ethics code not to bring into that room.
Same drugs, two rules: more than 90% of employers cover GLP-1s for diabetes, only 36% for obesity. Which side you land on can come down to whether an A1c reads 6.4 or 6.5, and that's a strange place to hang a coverage decision. I get that price is the real problem. I just don't think the diagnosis line is an honest way to ration it.
